What data we process and why
Enquiry forms (enquiry, call-back request, brochure request): first and last name, company, e-mail, phone number and your message. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry, arrange a viewing and send you the materials you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Technical data about your visit (IP address, browser type, time of request) is processed by our hosting provider to the extent needed to run and secure the site. Analytics data about how the site is used is processed only with the consent you give in the cookie bar.
Who we share data with
Your enquiry is delivered by e-mail to the Logicor sales team and recorded in our internal enquiry log. The following processors help us technically: Vercel Inc. (web hosting), FormSubmit (e-mail delivery of the form) and Google LLC (enquiry log in a spreadsheet, Google Tag Manager and - after consent - Google Analytics). Some of them may process data outside the EU, in which case we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We never sell your data or pass it on for third-party marketing.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of lease negotiations and no longer than 3 years after the last communication if no contract is concluded. Analytics data is kept in anonymised form according to the Google Analytics settings (14 months at most).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). To exercise your rights, use the contact details above.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and browser storage are used only to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, and possibly advertising platform tags) are set only after you consent in the cookie bar.
